The delicate nature of our whipped shea butter is sensitive to temperature changes, especially during the summer/hotter months. With that being said melting during these months is a natural reaction to heat and unfortunately we have no control over the conditions during transit and delivery.

In an effort to make sure that your level of enjoyment of Nyelle Creations whipped shea butter remains enjoyable, below are some tips to keep your Shea Butter whipped to absolute perfection!

* If your shea butter arrives melted, do not open it immediately; refrigerate it first for a few minutes to firm it back up.

*Know that the texture will change slightly once melted and firming back up. This is due to the fact that whipped shea butter contains tiny air bubbles from the whipping that increase it in size, which change the texture; once the butter melts, there will be less volume because the air bubbles have collapsed.

Please know that we at Nyelle Creations do our best to protect our products from melting in transit, but occasionally it still happens.
